# Getting a laboratory

It is possible to build a laboratory by staking a quantity (defined after listing of the BZAI) of LPToken (BZAI/USDC).&#x20;

The lab can be used after 3 days of construction time.&#x20;

The owner will be able to unstake his LP Token in exchange for the destruction of the lab (7 days destruction time).
